The high-capacity TS-855X has six 3.5-inch SATA drive bays (for HDDs), two 2.5-inch SATA drive bays (for SSDs) and an 8-core processor supporting Intel® QuickAssist Technology (QAT), greatly assisting businesses in deploying a data storage and virtualization environment. The built-in 10GbE/2.5GbE high-speed connectivity helps realize fast data access, backup/restoration, file server, and virtualization applications. Running the QTS operating system as standard, the TS-855X can be switched to use the ZFS-based QuTS hero operating system based on your requirements. The TS-855X will be available and supported by QNAP for an extended period (up to 2030), ideal for businesses requiring matching NAS models deployed in long-term projects.
